We offer a 2% discount on the price of the merchandise you purchase if you pay the full amount at the time of sale using cash, check, or debit card. The 2% discount does not apply to delivery, repair, or assembly charges.

With our 14-day money back guarantee*, you don't have to take a gamble. If you decide that you don't want the piece, and it is still in NEW condition, you can return the item(s) for a full refund^* within 14 days. We will put that piece in our store and sell it to someone else, at no cost to you.

* We do, however, reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for out-of-the-ordinary items that may not be saleable to others. But don't worry, we'll tell you about that up-front, before the sale is completed. We will also need to charge a repair fee if any items are returned damaged. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the delivery has been completed.

Special Order Policy

To secure an order we do ask for a cash deposit of 25% of the balance. Our 14-day guarantee also applies to special orders, effective from the date you receive the items.

Delivery Policy

We are happy to work with you to schedule a time that is convenient for delivery. We schedule our deliveries in two-hour windows, and conveniently call you before we leave the store to make sure you are home and ready to receive your items.

Our delivery prices are very reasonable and vary depending on where you live. Currently, we charge $25 for a two man delivery in Albany.

Please Note: We will not deliver to your home unless we can contact you ahead of time to verify that you are home and able to accept the merchandise. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been completed.
