Upholstery Warranty Information
Emerald home furnishings warrants that the internal frame and spring construction utilized in its upholstery products is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
All Emerald upholstered furniture is warranted against tearing and splitting for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not include claims for wrinkling or natural markings from injuries to skin, variations in grain, or color variations resulting from the natural features of the leather.
Cushioning is warranted to be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. We advise Purchaser that softening of cushioning should be expected as a result of normal use and is not to be confused with loss of resiliency due to defects in construction or materials.
Case Goods Warranty Information
All of Emerald Home Furnishings® are warranted for factory defects for one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty:
* applies to furniture utilized under normal household use and conditions, and maintained according to care instructions provided;
* does not include commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional or other non-residential use;
* does not apply to damage caused by corrosive materials, such as acids or solvents, or dyes, inks, paints, or body fluids;
* shall not extend to damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or acts of God;
* does not cover damages incurred during the transportation of the product;
* does not apply to
floor samples or to sales made on an "as is" basis.
Perfect Rest Warranty Information
Warranty extends only to original purchaser.
Proof (date, price, and place of purchase) may be required to obtain warranty service so keep this information together in a safe place.
In the unlikely event that service is required as a result of defects covered under this limited warranty, your mattress and/or foundation will be replaced or repaired (at the manufacturers option) at the charge for labor and materials calculated on the warranty code schedule, exclusive of transportation costs.
Additional Limitations:
Perfect Rest reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found to be in unsanitary condition, soiled, stained, or when failure is due to causes other than defects in material and workmanship.
The terms of this limited warranty are negated is the product is used for commercial purposes, such as hotel, motel, or nursing home.
This limited warranty applies to queen size (60" width) only when the foundation is used on a center support frame or rail system having at least five legs. All size beds must be used with matching Perfect Rest foundation.
