Dan Frederick Design, Inc. Warranty

FRAME AND SPRINGS: DFC warrants to you, the original purchaser, that the frame and springs of this upholstered product shall be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the product under normal use.

WORKMANSHIP: DFC warrants for one year from the date of your original retail purchase, the product to be free from defects in workmanship including, but not limited to, seams and tailoring.

FOAM RESILIENCY: DFC warrants for 7 years from the date of your original retail purchase, against the loss of foam resiliency. Do not confuse softening with the loss of foam resiliency. Softening occurs with normal use and is not considered to be a manufacturing defect. Under normal use, fill materials will soften and conform to body contours.

SLEEPER-SOFA MECHANISMS: DFC warrants sleeper-sofa mechanisms to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of your original purchase.

Upholstery fabrics vary in grade and quality and are not covered under our warranty. Some fabrics may be warranted separately by their manufacturer.

The Dan Frederick Design, Inc. Warranty does not cover incidental damages. All transportation charges shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. In the unlikely event that service is required, contact the dealer from whom you purchased your DFC product. Your dealer will then contact Dan Frederick Design, Inc.
