How can I obtain warranty service for my Best Home Furnishing products?

All warranties are handled through the dealer from which the furniture was purchased. Please contact your dealer for warranty service. They will need the ID# from your product, which is stapled to the underside of the frame. The I.D. Card is a little larger than a dollar bill and will have your I.D.#, model and fabric number and the date your unit was built.

 

 

How do I know if my warranty is still valid?

Please refer to your original hangtag. If you no longer have one, or it was not included with your purchased furniture, please contact the dealer from which the original purchase was made.
